Making Sure You Earn with Every Trip
Earn SkyBux every time you complete a flight with KM Malta Airlines, on both the fare (excl. taxes & charges) and extras purchased, including excess baggage, sports or musical equipment, seat selection or even travelling with your pet in the cabin.
Earning SkyBux is simple — just follow these two essential steps to make sure your rewards are credited without any issues:
1. Match your Name: The name on your KM Rewards account must be exactly the same as the name on your flight booking and your identification document.
2. Add your KM Rewards Number: Make sure your KM Rewards number is linked to your flight through any of the following:

Once your flight is flown, the SkyBux you earned will be automatically added to your KM Rewards account.
SkyBux Earn Rate
Your SkyBux balance grows with every flight, based on these key factors:
• Your fare price – Earn SkyBux based on the price of your ticket (excluding taxes and charges)
• Your KM Rewards Tier – The higher your Tier, the bigger your rewards!
• Your fare family – Travel on a higher fare family (Basic, Value, Plus, or Flex) to boost your SkyBux earnings.
And there’s more! You’ll also receive a 2% SkyBux bonus when purchasing selected flight extras with KM Malta Airlines.
