UPGRADE ELIGIBILITY

Business Upgrades are available on many KM Malta Airlines routes. In order to place a bid, you must hold a KM Malta Airlines PNR (booking reference). This is a 6-letter unique identifier which is shown on your booking e.g. XCYDIW. If you are not in a possession of a PNR, please contact our Customer Support Line on +356 2135 6000 or via our live chat.

If you've purchased your ticket through Call Centre, Sales Office, or directly from our website, you will receive a few emails which will enable you to bid for an upgrade prior to your departure or upgrade instantly by clicking "Buy Now". You can also opt to upgrade to Business Class through the Manage my Booking feature, or during online check-in.

Place your bid

HOW TO BID

Select your bid for each flight (sector/leg) through the slider and follow the instructions from the website. You will receive a confirmation by email when your bid is accepted.
If your bid is successful, your bid amount will be debited to your indicated credit card and you will receive a new e-ticket for your flight.
If your bid is not accepted, the ticket you originally hold will remain valid and unchanged. There will be no additional costs or charges for you and your credit card will not be debited.

Should you wish to increase your bid, you may do so any time up to 12 hours prior to departure subject that your bid has not already been approved. If you make drastic changes to your booking after submitting a bid, your offer would no longer be valid and you will need to bid again.
