We invite you to delve deeper into tradition as we present a balsamic and olive oil mix in petite replicas of the iconic Maltese ceramic "Żinġla" bowls, used traditionally for crafting the famous Maltese dough.

- Checked baggage taken up to the boarding gate will incur a fee and will be taken by our representatives to be placed in the hold
- Name changes are not allowed on itineraries with airlines other than KM Malta Airlines or codeshare flights
- Quick Refund: A Full Refund will be given if a ticket is cancelled within the first 24 hours; applies to all fare brands purchased through KM Malta Airlines only. An Admin Fee of €10 will be charged per ticket upon processing a refund
- Refund: An Admin Fee of €10 will be charged per ticket upon processing a refund. On Non-Refundable tickets, the Admin Fee applies when claiming a Tax Refund
- The €22 (YR tax) is a non-refundable carrier-imposed surcharge on all fare families including Business Class bookings. Any Carrier-imposed surcharge (YR/YQ) is considered as non-refundable. This charge is sometimes applicable when booking flights on other carriers
- Emission Surcharge (all KM Malta Airlines operated network excluding Catania): The €10 (YRF tax) per sector per person is a non-refundable emission surcharge on all fare families including Business Class bookings
- Emission Surcharge (Catania): The €5 (YRF tax) per sector per person is a non-refundable emission surcharge on all fare families
- If you booked directly with us, you are kindly requested to submit your refund requests via https://help.kmmaltairlines.com/s/ticket-refund-form-terms. In all refund requests, the money will be deposited back to the original form of payment. If you purchased your ticket from a travel agent or third party, you need to contact your travel agent or the third party to arrange a refund. For tickets bought from an airline other than KM Malta Airlines, please contact the concerning airline
- All ancillary products purchased including but not limited to, excess baggage, sports equipment, seats, priority, fast track, and bundles, are not refundable and non-transferable
- Our SALE fare will carry the Basic fare conditions for both classes.
- Please note that refund eligibility is based on the conditions of the originally purchased ticket. If a customer upgrades from a non-refundable fare (e.g., Economy Basic) to a refundable fare (e.g., Economy Flex), the ticket remains non-refundable, as the terms of the original fare continue to apply.
